Description
First of all, thank you for this mail client, it's the best email client I ever used on android.
I set the Jabber-ID-header in outgoing mails and show it in the message view in neomutt. I'd really appreciate if custom headers for outgoing mails could be set in k9-mail as well and if I could configure which headers would be always shown in the message view.

Research direction
The issue identifies outgoing mail and the message view as the two entry points. Start by locating those areas and determine how custom outgoing headers and always-visible message headers are currently represented and configured. Done means both header behaviors have a defined configuration flow and are visible as requested.
