Description

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When you got no network and swipe down to refresh, the spinner quickly appear and disappear, like if mails are fetched super quickly.
From that point user can deduce that:
1: there is no new mails
2: there is an issue in k9
3: there is a network issue
most basic users will fall into 1: then 2:

Describe the solution you'd like
Show disambiguation information, e.g. show toast notification "Could not fetch emails, there is no network connection".

Describe alternatives you've considered
Show a notification.
Show a banner (e.g. red banner) no network connection.

Additional context
Maybe adding a preference also to enable/disable theses notifications ?

Research direction

Start by tracing the swipe-to-refresh fetch path and its handling of a missing network connection in the Android app. Done means a refresh with no network clearly tells the user that emails could not be fetched, with the chosen toast, notification, or banner behavior verified.
