Description
When you type three dashes in an email draft, save the draft and re-open it, it's replaced with a full-length line of underscores, and removes a linebreak.
To Reproduce
Start a new email draft. Write

Line 2
Save the draft and re-open it.
It becomes
Line 1_____________________________________________
Line 2
Expected behavior
Keep text as-is
