Expected behavior
Number of emails in Inbox restricted to number selected in setting (older emails removed from local Inbox). This worked in previous versions
Actual behavior
Email number in local Inbox continues to increase past the limit set in Account Settings - Fetching mail - Local folder size

- Count emails in Inbox
- Compare with limit set in Local folder size

K-9 Mail version: 5.715
Android version: 9
Account type (IMAP, POP3, WebDAV/Exchange): POP3

Start by reproducing the issue with a POP3 account on K-9 Mail 5.715, using the Account Settings - Fetching mail - Local folder size setting and comparing the local Inbox count with its limit.
