Description

Expected behavior

K9's client certificate selector SHOULD show user certificates installed on the device.

Actual behavior

The certificate selector always shows "No certificates found".
This happens even when selecting "Install certificate" and re-importing the user certificte.

Steps to reproduce
  1. Set up a new email account
  2. Select "Use client certificate"
Environment

K-9 Mail version: 5.600

Android version: 9

Account type (IMAP, POP3, WebDAV/Exchange): IMAP

Research direction

No files or tests are identified in the issue. First reproduce the missing certificate list on Android 9 with K-9 Mail 5.600 using an IMAP account, then trace the client certificate selector and the device certificate installation flow. Done means user certificates installed on the device appear when selecting "Use client certificate".
