Description
Prior to v5.201, I could edit the contact name after I pulled it from my contact list. However with this new version I can no longer edit the email (display name or address) once I have selected from my contact list. Also I cannot copy the email address to my clipboard any longer.
K-9 Mail version: 5.201

Research direction
Start by reproducing the reply-token behavior described for K-9 Mail 5.201, using a contact selected from the contact list. Trace the contact-name and email-address editing and clipboard interactions, then verify that both display name and address can be edited and the address can be copied.
