Steps to reproduce
Request to re-open https://github.com/thunderbird/thunderbird-android/issues/11528
Beta 24.0b2 includes PR https://github.com/thunderbird/thunderbird-android/pull/11538 to fix the issue, however it has been unsuccessful. The same issue still occurs in this second beta release.
Steps are outlined in the original bug report.
Expected behavior
Signature text is displayed
Actual behavior
Signature text disappears, leaving empty blank area
