Description

Once we agree upon a pathway to go with design, create an RFC detailing how we will change settings to make folder sync, "push" notifications (IMAP Idle notifications), and adding push notifications during setup easier.

This may produce a separate RFC for each issue. The ticket will be updated with the pathways we choose to ensure we can track those separate RFCs.
