Description
- Verify if the PR contains linked issues
- Verify if the PR follows the commit guidelines from Git Commit Guide
- Verify if the PR's title follows the Conventional Commits style - better for changelogs
- Check if the AI Disclosure was filled
- Autoclose PRs that do not follow the PR template
- Update both PR template and Contribution guidelines document to ensure PR title enforcement is well documented.
- Check if a merge commit is present; if present, fail sentinal and ask OP to use rebase instead.
