Description
🎯 The objective
This milestone will serve as a catch-all for Android tasks that may not fit into our current roadmap, but are vital for the ongoing reliability of the app. This includes version upgrades, dependency changes, AGP and SDK updates, library swaps, regression bug fixes outside of a milestone, security vulnerabilities, whatever we have to do to ensure the app continues to run smoothly and safely.
If it helps, you can pull tasks out of here into a relevant milestone for further planning. For example, if you have a milestone for quarterly planning of maintenance tasks or if one task is large enough for its own milestone, feel free to pull it out and place it where appropriate. This is to only ensure we don't let these kinds of projects become forgotten until something breaks.

Research direction
The issue names no files, tests, or entry points and serves as a catch-all for Android maintenance work. Start by identifying one concrete upgrade, dependency change, regression, or security task and defining its scope; done criteria must be established for that specific task before implementation begins.
