Like email client. Sometimes i need to select some text in my email. And there is annoyin issue. I have open email and when i tryin to select text with mouse k9 ui switchin emails to previous/next. Its really annoiyn me. The only way ive found is did press answer to email and select text from quoted field. Please fix it to disable this behav on tv.

Research direction
Reproduce the issue on Android 9 TV using the Sony KD-49XD7005 setup and Logitech K400+ keyboard/touchpad, with touch controls disabled. Start in the email reading view and verify whether text selection moves to the previous or next message. Done means text can be selected without switching messages while the disabled-touch behavior remains usable elsewhere.
