Research direction

Start by reproducing the issue in Thunderbird for Android 14.0 on Android 16 using the listed Folder Settings steps for Inbox, then inspect the push-setting persistence path. Done means push remains enabled after closing and reopening Folder Settings and push notifications are sent.
