Steps to reproduce
There is no option anymore to sync all folders. It was already there, but was for some reason removed in around K9 v8. Now you have to turn the sync on for every folder individually and remember to turn it on, when you create a new folder.
Expected behavior
Please re-add the option to automatically sync all folders.

Research direction
Start by tracing the existing per-folder sync setting in the Android app and checking the history around its removal in K-9 v8. Define how an all-folder option should interact with newly created folders, then verify that enabling it syncs every folder without requiring individual configuration.
