Description
Many places build an HTML document to serve almost the same purpose (Viewer, Composer, etc). Having a single class to build the HTML document will help with maintenance.
Current files that build the HTML document: DisplayHtml.kt, HtmlProcessor.kt, HtmlQuoteCreator.java (maybe).
