Steps to reproduce
- Go to "manage folders"
- Choose a folder
- Enable "show in top group" and "show folder"
- Go back to inbox
- Expand side panel to see folders
- Notice lack of just pinned one
Expected behavior
Panel with folders show pinned folders (like it was in 11.0 and earlier)
