Description
Describe the bug
Settings should show the customized Video link (external meeting link) if set by the first time wizard at the video step.
It should be possible to set it later too.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Connect as a new user
- Go to the step that allow you to customize the video meeting link/provider
- Set a custom video link (like Jitsi, used by NextCloud)
- Go to the user Settings to check/change it
Expected behavior
- Settings should show the customized Video link if set by the first time wizard at the video step
- Settings should allow to set a customized Video link after initial setup
Actual behavior
I'm still looking where this setting can be permanently / globally changed in the UI
I was looking for a cardview to choose my default video meeting platform (like in the setup wizard), but just found connected account. A bit confusing for me.

Research direction
Start by comparing the first-time wizard’s video-link/provider flow with the user Settings screen. Trace how the custom link is persisted, displayed, and updated; done means a link set during initial setup appears in Settings and can also be changed there.
