Description

I'm looking at using the bot for sending meeting reminders for mental health support groups.

I have Signal-cli running on a server and would like to either be able to send a 1 line command that includes the command to broadcast, the password, and the msg OR via a website API.

The preferred method would be via Signal and be able to send the command as "Admin broadcast " instead of the multiple prompts.

Research direction

No files, tests, or entry points are named; begin by tracing the existing Signal bot command handling and authentication flow. The requested delivery path is unresolved—Signal command or website API—so the expected behavior and completion criteria need maintainer clarification before implementation.
