When testing her bot as an end user, the tester entered free text (asked about documents) and wanted the bot to give a reply related to this, instead of a "hello" message or "sorry we did not understand your response " message.
Describe the solution you'd like
Unclear if this should be a feature or not. Needs a lot more discussion and is far down the pipeline.
What would be needed to make this possible? To what extent would that impact privacy / affect existing users' trust in Bitpart?
Is this something that could be turned on or off?
Additional context: Does this feature request require changes to the Bitpart server or EMS?
