Research direction

Start in src/cas/fs.rs around line 458 and trace the object-storage path through the metadata database commit. Confirm the failure path removes the disk object when the commit fails, and verify the object is not left behind after an unsuccessful store.

Written by the indexing model from the issue text.

Description

when storing object, there is possibility that the metadata DB commit failed after we successfully wrote the block to the disk.
We need to delete the object in the disk to keep the disk clean.
