cs_tools.

Description
When was attempting to create a cs_tools config for dev environment I encountered some kind of time-out error with a message: "whoopsie, something went wrong!"
In contrast, when doing the same steps for prod env -> everything works fine
Considering adding a log file.
I would like to have a secure mechanism to share logs : D
