Error While running cs_tools tools archiver

Description

I'm trying to run a 'tools archiver' command.
This was running OK in the past and no longer today.
Here's the command :
cs_tools tools archiver identify --no-prompt --recent-modified 100 --syncer bigquery://bqserviceDev.toml --config TSDev

Note that both the syncer to BigQuery and the config file are OK: I'm using them with some other commands.

Can you please help to know what is the error and how to fix it.
