Description

This might be a duplicate of #1639.

Giving the context to initialize_with would give access to the transient attributes when building the object. This way we can make decisions while building the object.

We'll need to make sure we don't break existing, clever code in the process, e.g.

initialize_with { _1 }

Research direction

Locate the initialize_with implementation and its related tests; first review how the block is currently invoked and how transient attributes are built. Check whether #1639 supersedes this issue, then preserve existing no-argument block behavior while making context available during object construction. Done means existing initialize_with usage still works and context can be used to make construction decisions.
