Research direction
No file or test is named. Start by locating the Flowbite popover implementation and its positioning behavior, then reproduce the issue at the reported viewport sizes in Chrome. Done means the popover chooses a side when vertical space is insufficient and no longer gets clipped on the 13-inch screen.
