Description

Describe the bug
Popover is positioning differently on smaller screens (13" MBA) vs on a 27" monitor (not zoomed in or out)

Expected behaviour
the popover should be positioned to the left or right if there is less screen space above and below

Research direction

No file or test is named. Start by locating the Flowbite popover implementation and its positioning behavior, then reproduce the issue at the reported viewport sizes in Chrome. Done means the popover chooses a side when vertical space is insufficient and no longer gets clipped on the 13-inch screen.
