By hovering on Sidebar.Collapse, its showing a blank tooltip, even tough I did not add any text

Steps to reproduce
- Go to '...'
- Click on '....'
- Scroll down to '....'
Current behavior
when sidebar is closed and you hover over any item of sidebar, it shows a tooltip. It should only work for other items not for toggle one.
Expected behavior
Tooltip on toggle button should be removed because there it does not make sense. Is there any way that I can hide this tooltip from toggle button only.
