Dear authors,
Thank you for developing and sharing the CellFlow framework—it's an exciting and valuable tool for the community.
I’m currently working on analyzing PBMC responses under various stimulation conditions, and I noticed that in your manuscript (specifically the Figure panels), you reference CellFlow models trained on PBMCs stimulated with 90 different cytokines.
I would like to ask whether the trained models from that part of the study are available for public access. It would be very helpful if there is a way to load the pretrained CellFlow model directly and apply it to new datasets without retraining from scratch.
Best,
Journey

Research direction
The issue asks whether pretrained CellFlow models from the PBMC cytokine study can be made publicly accessible and loaded for new datasets. No file, test, or entry point is identified, so first determine where model packaging and loading are handled. Done would mean a documented, usable way to access and apply those pretrained models, if the authors decide to provide it.
