Description
As I understand it, https://github.com/clarkperkins/click-shell is needed for pulp shell to work.
I've tried getting my head around how this repository works, but haven't been able to work it out yet! I presume there's some script somewhere I could run to generate changes similar to those in other PRs? (eg. https://github.com/theforeman/pulpcore-packaging/pull/2704/changes)

Research direction
Start by comparing the changes in pulpcore-packaging PR 2704 and tracing how the repository packages dependencies. Check how python-click-shell, from clarkperkins/click-shell, is expected to support the pulp shell entry point. Done means the package is added using the repository's established packaging workflow and the resulting changes are consistent with similar package additions.
