Description

See: discord

The way Arc handles this is that it allows the event to go through is you do it twice. This would be quite nice to have.

Research direction

Start by reproducing the Command+S behavior on Discord, then trace the browser's shortcut and save-event handling; the issue does not name a file or test. Done means Command+S works on sites that capture the event, with the intended repeated shortcut behavior described in the report.
