Description

Summary

Run v1.1.2 end to end on a genuinely clean supported Apple Silicon Mac and attach reproducible acceptance evidence.

Proposed Approach

  • Use a clean Apple Silicon Mac with at least 16 GB RAM and no checkout or Answer Engine state.
  • Download and verify assets anonymously.
  • Complete dependency preflight, desktop/runtime launch, consented import, and grounded recall.
  • Reboot and verify background recovery.
  • Exercise repair, rollback, and uninstall/reinstall.
  • Capture redacted evidence.

Acceptance Criteria

  • Clean supported hardware and starting state are recorded.
  • Assets download and verify anonymously.
  • Dependencies are discovered or installed with clear consent.
  • Desktop, API/UI, background service, import, and grounded recall succeed.
  • Reboot, repair, rollback, and uninstall/reinstall match documentation.
  • Evidence contains no secrets or personal content.

Research direction

Start with the v1.1.2 assets and the documented dependency preflight on a clean supported Apple Silicon Mac. Exercise the desktop, API/UI, background service, import, recall, reboot, repair, rollback, and uninstall/reinstall flows; done means every acceptance criterion is recorded with reproducible, redacted evidence.
