Hello,
I would like to report a bug.
I have an included file in my project:
\input{../Preamble/math}
When I click on the file (in the file explorer of TeXstudio), modify and save it, I get a warning:
../Preamble/math.tex has been modified by another application...
Please find below a screenshot and my system information.

Research direction
Reproduce issue #331 on the reported TeXstudio 2.12.10, Qt 5.11.1, macOS High Sierra environment using the included file path ../Preamble/math.tex. Trace the file-change warning after editing and saving that file from TeXstudio's file explorer; done means the warning no longer appears when TeXstudio itself made the modification.
