Verify the existing course name field and relevant request tests before implementing the lookup. Done means both numeric and name-based URLs work, with the name-based URL used by default.

We should support both but default to the one with course name.
E.g. instead of https://tmc.mooc.fi/mooc/courses/27 we want to have: https://tmc.mooc.fi/mooc/courses/k2015-ohjelmointi
