What happened?
The init script runner removes all ";" when splitting, however oracles stored procedure command requires the ";" at the end otherwise it gets a compile error. Can you change it not to remove the ";" from the split commands?

Research direction
No file or test is named. Locate the Core init script runner and its command-splitting logic, then reproduce the Oracle stored procedure failure described in the issue. Done means command splitting preserves the required semicolon and a regression test verifies that stored procedures compile successfully.
