`BrowserWebDriverContainer` using Chrome fails on Windows 10 with `DevToolsActivePort file doesn't exist`

When I run testcontainers selenium with chrome in a Spring boot app, I get the following error but it works wiith FirefoxOptions

I have attached a minimum maven project to reproduce the issue..

Reproduce the failure with the attached minimum Maven project on Windows 10/WSL2, then inspect BrowserWebDriverContainer.java around lines 276 and 279 and the Selenium Chrome startup path. Compare the Chrome and FirefoxOptions cases; done means the BrowserWebDriverContainer starts successfully with Chrome without the DevToolsActivePort failure.
