Description
Hello,
Would it be possible to replace the below env vars to pull from property and fall back to env var?
It might help with a dynamic host scenario we are facing in local development with wsl2.
Thanks!

Research direction
Start by reading the referenced sections of core/src/main/java/org/testcontainers/DockerClientFactory.java and core/src/main/java/org/testcontainers/dockerclient/DockerClientProviderStrategy.java to trace the current environment-variable handling. Identify the intended property names and fallback behavior, then verify that a property can provide the Docker host while the environment variable remains the fallback for dynamic local-development hosts.
