Description
Feature description
On android, video conference apps are somehow limited in functionality. Therefore desktop version is preferred. However, termux cannot access the livestream of the camera, thus video conferencing apps cannot be used in termux.
I knew that in Termux:API, there is "Termux-Camera-Photo". But this is only for photo. Is it possible to access live stream camera through API, so that video conference app can be installed in the future?

Please support this.
Many thanks.

Research direction
The issue points to Termux-Camera-Photo and the Termux:API wiki; start by reviewing the existing camera API and its Android integration. Define the live-streaming interface needed by video-call applications, then verify that the proposed behavior can provide usable camera video rather than still photos.
