Description
Feature description
Currently, Settings seems incomplete.
Termux API should provide some way of writing custom options in termux settings, and allowing to create custom sections.
This would be a quality of life improvement, and one of the use cases would be implementing management of packages, and proot distros from the configuration without needing to update the app. As well showing usage statistics.
(This would be implemented by the package using Termux API)

Research direction
No source files, tests, or entry points are identified in the issue. Start by locating how Termux API packages communicate with Termux Settings and define the extension boundary; done means packages can add custom options and sections without an app update, including the stated management and usage-statistics use cases.
