Termux-api No Work On Android 10 (BV9900 Pro)

Problem description

Termux version 0.117 Termux-api: v0.48 by F-droid
Hello, I can't get the result of the commands
termux-api example:
termux-torch on # waiting forever CTRL-C to exit
And this is the same for all api commands.

• While: termux and termux-api come from : F-droid,

• The battery optimizations of these apps are disabled,

• Termux-api has: all permissions: -Phone -
  Camera -Body sensors -Contacts -
  Call logs -Location - Microphone - SMS -
  No Authorization Denied
  Modify system settings: Authorized

Start by reproducing the hanging termux-torch on command on Android 10 with the reported Termux and termux-api versions, then compare the behavior with the linked issue #168. Done means the API commands return normally instead of waiting indefinitely across the affected commands.
