Description
Problem description
When using termux-telephony-call 0123456789 (replaced by a valid number or a USSD code) nothing happens and no feedback or error message is given. Termux API has the permission to make telephone calls. I use the f-droid version of Termux and Termux API.
Expected behavior
It should dial a number.
Additional information
- Termux application version: 0.114
- Termux API version 0.48.
- Android OS version: Oxygen OS 10.3.11
- Device model:Oneplus 6

Research direction
Start by reproducing termux-telephony-call with a phone number or USSD code on the reported Termux 0.114 and Termux API 0.48 setup, confirming the required call permission. Trace the command's telephony path and its error reporting; done means the command dials the number or reports a clear failure.
