add an option to termux-media-scan to also detect file removals

Description
termux-media-scan is very useful after script-processing images.
However it does not detect file or folder removals even if I rescan the whole storage device using termux-media-scan -r. I am still seeing orphaned folders and files in the phone gallery after the rescan.
Maybe an option to remove orphaned files could be implemented by querying MediaStore and calling getContentResolver().delete(uri, null, null) for each non-existing file matching the path specified on the commandline?
