Description
The use-black-ui config toggle has no effect in termux-dialog, even though it works in the Termux's built-in dialogs, as per @rozPierog's commits in https://github.com/termux/termux-app/pull/1293.

Research direction
Start by comparing termux-dialog's implementation with the Termux built-in dialogs and the behavior described in termux-app pull request 1293. Confirm how the use-black-ui toggle is handled, then verify that enabling it changes termux-dialog's UI to the black theme.
