Running `termux-torch on` twice causes LED to turn off

Description
Running termux-torch on twice causes LED to turn off. It will also "lock" the LED. So no matter how many times you run termux-torch on it won't turn on again. To unlock it you have to run termux-torch off
I think running termux-torch on multiple times should just leave the LED on.
