Description

Running termux-torch on twice causes LED to turn off. It will also "lock" the LED. So no matter how many times you run termux-torch on it won't turn on again. To unlock it you have to run termux-torch off
I think running termux-torch on multiple times should just leave the LED on.

Research direction

Reproduce the issue by running termux-torch on twice, then locate the entry point implementing the termux-torch command and inspect how repeated state changes are handled. Done means repeated on commands leave the LED on and off still unlocks or turns it off without regressions.
