Description

Hi,
I have trained a model under Windows Server 2016 with tensorboard callback.
At the end I am not able to visualize the graphs, scalars, histogramms and so one, after tensorboard launch.
But I remember well that last year, arround the July month I was able to do it on Windows.
Indeed, when I copy paste the same files on an Ubuntu environment, all works perfectly.
So, I concluded that there is a problem with current version of tensorboard on windows.

Please, we would be happy if you verify and take into account the above remarks.

Thank you.

Research direction

Start by reproducing the report on Windows Server 2016 with the TensorBoard callback output, then compare the same files in the working Ubuntu environment. The issue does not name files, tests, versions, or launch steps; done means graphs, scalars, and histograms display on Windows as they do on Ubuntu.
