Description
I am an amateur in tensorflow. I am not sure whether this feature already exists. I feel it would be really useful if we can visualise in tensorboard graph whether a given layer is trainable or not. A different colour or a tag specifying it maybe?

Research direction
The issue names no files, tests, or entry points. Start by locating TensorBoard's graph visualization and layer metadata handling, then determine how trainable status could be represented; done means the graph clearly distinguishes trainable from non-trainable layers.
