Description
Hi! I wanted to ask what is the timeline to release a version compatible with tf 2.21, released 1 month ago. Currently I see segmentation faults, which may be related to the major version upgrade of protobuf 5 -> 6.

Research direction
Start by reproducing the reported segmentation fault with TensorFlow 2.21 and protobuf 6, then inspect the compatibility constraints between those dependencies. The issue is resolved when TensorBoard has a released version compatible with TensorFlow 2.21 and the segmentation fault no longer occurs.
