Description
I have export logs that I uploaded. Since they are exported to json files, they are not in the same format as they have been uploaded, so it would be nice with a tool or way to convert the exported into a format (Summary proto) that can be re-uploaded to tensorboard

Research direction
The issue concerns exported JSON logs and re-uploading them as TensorBoard Summary proto data. Start by locating TensorBoard's export and upload entry points and determine how those formats are represented; done means a documented or implemented conversion path that accepts an exported log for re-upload.
