Description

Currently, when the user inadvertently loads an empty graph pbtxt to the graph explorer, the screen is perpetually stuck at "Data: Parsing graph.pbtxt":

tnesrhhxwmv

This is misleading. The message should read "Error: Could not parse graph.pbtxt" instead.
