Description
See discussion on #2167. Service workers appear to be disabled by
default in Firefox, and can be enabled through an about:config option.
We should (a) document this, and (b) see if we can detect this failure.
It should manifest as a failed network request to localhost:6006,
which we can cross-reference against a browser check.
