Description

TensorBoard graph parser rolled its own prototxt parser and it requires to know name of the repeated field upfront. Although this problem would go away if we use jspb, since we want to keep the parser for foreseeable future, we might want to write a test that automatically checks for divergence.

Good starting point can be found here: https://github.com/tensorflow/tensorboard/pull/2068#issuecomment-477413961

Research direction

Review the graph parser.ts implementation and the TensorFlow proto format, then read the linked pull request comment for the suggested starting point. Add a test that compares the parser against the proto and detects divergence in repeated-field handling.
