Description
When using DualAveragingStepSizeAdaptation, as explained in the example:
https://www.tensorflow.org/probability/api_docs/python/tfp/mcmc/DualAveragingStepSizeAdaptation
the mean pkr.inner_results.is_accepted approaches 1, whereas exp(pkr.inner_results.log_accept_ratio) is approaching target_accept_prob. Why is exp(log_accept_ratio) not a running mean of is_accepted ?
