Description

I ran this in Colab GPU with:
!pip install tf-nightly --quiet

The cell nd.sample() returns an error:

TypeError: Tensor is unhashable if Tensor equality is enabled. Instead, use tensor.experimental_ref() as the key.

Why Is This Happening?

Research direction

Reproduce the reported cell in Colab GPU after installing tf-nightly, then inspect the nd.sample() entry point and the resulting TypeError. Done means identifying and documenting why Tensor equality makes the tensor unusable as a key, with a clear explanation of the expected resolution.
