Description
It would be great if optimizer, e.g., tfp.optimizer.bfgs_minimize(), would have an argument like print_number_iterations so that you know in runtime how much longer the optimization procedure might take.
I am willing to contribute.

Research direction
The request targets tfp.optimizer.bfgs_minimize(), but no repository file or test is identified. Start by locating that optimizer entry point and its tests; done means an optional setting reports the iteration count every n iterations during optimization.
